It's our last challenge of the day: Share some quotes about love or friendship. I have 4 cards I made a few years ago when I was really into paper crafting.
Each has a quote about friendship and a picture of ladies from a Victorian fashion magazine.
When you are visiting the other Book Bloggers in the LoveAThon write down any quotes that really appeal to you. Even if you're not crafty you can write them inside a blank card. All of this fun will continue tomorrow and it starts at Alexa Loves Books.
Each has a quote about friendship and a picture of ladies from a Victorian fashion magazine.
I use them when a friend or co-worker is feeling down or ill, or even as a sympathy card.
I keep an accordion file with cards for every occasion so I never have to worry about running out last minute for Grandma's birthday card or a St. Patty's Day card for my parents.

Those are amazing! And the Victorian fashion magazines are so cool!

Oh my god this is amazing!! I'm not very craftsy, so I'm always so impressed when I see people do things like this! And where on earth does one find Victorian fashion magazines?

ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! It's nice way to give something to your friends when you want to show appreciation or even as a companion to a gift. They look very cool.
