Christmas Greetings, Vintage Style!

Did you know there are ONLY FOUR Vintage Thingies Thursdays left until Christmas? I don't know how I will fit in everything I'd like to show you, but I'll try. For this first Christmas VTT, I have some vintage card images, in case you aren't done with your crafting and want to use the images for something.

I love the sentiment on this one. I can just hear a child's voice, maybe with a little British accent, saying that to his Grandma.

I am a huge snowman collector, so of course I heard him calling.

I've mentioned before that my dad is a train nut, so I'm using this image on a special card just for my parents.

I am also in love with this Santa tag from the late 1950s or early 60s.
Maybe these pictures have taken you on a walk down Memory Lane, given you ideas for Christmas decorating, or inspired you to create something. I found them all online, with the poster claiming they were royalty free, so I'm assuming it's OK to pass them along.
You can find plenty more vintage goodies, maybe even some Christmas-y, when you visit Suzanne @ ColoradoLady, our Vintage Thingies Thursday hostess.

Great image to use for your parent's card! I'm a snowman lover myself! (Although I hate snow - go figure!)

LOL I'm so vintage, Elizabeth, that I remember having a cap like the one in your second picture. Mine was navy blue, and it tied under my chin, just like the one pictured.

I always hated the snow, though.

I know I was here already but I came back again to look ... LOL, and you know what! I love that tag. So funny I was in a drug store today looking for a tag just like that. Fat chance. Nothing, even close!
