I've been crazy busy this week getting ready for my first craft fair tomorrow. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. Since I've been neglecting my blogging in favor of making things, I thought I'd share a few of the pinks I will be selling tomorrow at the Harvest Festival.
Of course I'll have my signature knotted bracelets. I call the pink & white one "candy striper" and the other "sparkle o'preppy".
I've always loved a combo of pink & orange.
These pink power bracelets represent hope and happiness. They are only 1.50 each, so people can get them in different colors and wear a bunch at once.
I've just started learning to make earring. I haven't been able to work with the pliers and cutters in the past because of my hand shakes, but they've recently gone away. Yeah!
These cute little angels have pink crystal skirts. I also made them in cobalt blue and frosty white.
I'm also learning that making bracelets isn't just threading some beads on a string. Figuring out the length so it's neither too short or too long is kind of a pain.
I'll have a pattern all picked out and realize that I need one or two more of a certain bead and don't have it.
I plan a full report of my Franklin Harvest Festival day for my Tuesday post if you want to find out what happens! For more Pink Saturday goodies you can visit Beverly at How Sweet the Sound.
Awesome!!!!!!!

Oooo Elizabeth, how very talented you are. The colors and patterns you've chosen are just wonderful... I think the sweet pink, yellow and orange one is my favorite...they're all so sweet though. Happy Pink Saturday...
ReplyDeleteI gave the two bracelets that I purchased from you to the intended granddaughter (15 years old) yesterday. They were a hit. They both fit fine on her and her sister.
ReplyDeleteHer older sister (19) liked them so much, she wants to know if you can make one with sea shells. Also, what about anklets?
Happy Pink Saturday Elizabeth!
ReplyDeleteI so love your jewelry. They are each so different, so delicate and absolutely beautiful. I love the pinks, and especially like the pink and orange together. The nice thing about yours are the price. You make it possible for even the kids to be able to afford to buy. I like that. Thanks so much for sharing. Please stop by and let me share my pink post. I would like to show you what I did with my boot. Country hugs, Sherry
I wish you the very best today! Happy late Pink Saturday.
ReplyDeleteOh good luck at the festival, the bracelets are so sweet, I am sure you will do very well, Happy Pink Saturday, Char
ReplyDeleteI couldn't get this post to open for me yesterday, I guess there were a lot of gremlins in blogger!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on being about to work with the pliers and cutters, that's great news. Jewelry making is fun but it is just one of my many hobbies that I don't get to often enough. Love the pieces you've made!
What beautiful work you do. I know you will do well with it.
ReplyDeleteOh I like the last one, it has retro colors!
ReplyDeleteWill be waiting for the results posting, and hope things are good for you!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you had a good time - your boys looked like they really enjoyed it too.
ReplyDeleteWell done on the earrings, they look GREAT! Very nice detailing.
Happy Pink Saturday (on Tuesday... I'm still visiting everyone...)
