My sister's birthday is this week, on Good Friday. Every year something happens so that her birthday falls apart in some way. It's like a curse. This year I made her an extra-special card. Hopefully it will get there, since it's just the next town, but with the cursed birthday, who knows what will happen!

We have problems with holidays. Something always happens to my husband - usually something painful. We have a rule - he is not allowed near anything mechanical on holidays.
