Touch-Me Pinks

Aren't there certain things that when you see them you just HAVE to toch them? That's why so many stores have those "No Touching" signs! I have some scrapbooking papers that just scream to be touched, not only for their glorious color palettes, but for the texture of glitter, velvet and satin in the papers. I've always thought that finding a particular piece of paper, or fabric, or even a set of these can be great inspiration for decorating, even if you don't use the actual material or it's theme, like butterflies, or whatever. It's a great way to see if colors you like go together the way you think they will.I love this toile with the bright green and the dainty floral stripe on the back. I have about 6 pieces of this that I bought for a home decorating project but it didn't work right. Now I feel like it is "too good to use." I've got to find an important enough project for it!These are all bright and cheerful. I've used them on Easter and birthday cards.I absolutely ADORE the pink and chocolate combo of this set. I just bought it all not knowing how or where I would use it. It has some cool texture with all the little white dots being raised like blobby paint. Finally, this is one piece of paper that kind of looks like a quilt. I've used a couple of the squares on different projects.
I hope you enjoyed my PINK offerings this week. Don't you just want to run your hands over these papers?!

Pink Saturday is one of those times that I indulge myself and my ♥ of the color pink. Today your blog helped to fill my pink-a-licious desire. Thanks so much!

I could spend hours looking at scrapbook paper! Your pink ones are beautiful. I scrapped for my niece the first 4 years of her life, now I'm only 4 years behind. I'm a bad Auntie. I can't seem to get in the mood since I started blogging, which I love. Happy Pink Saturday!
