I have always enjoyed puzzle games and rearranging games like Bejeweled. I used to play Spider Solitaire and Freecell all the time, but since I moved to this house I haven't been playing. A couple of weeks ago I decided to pull out the Spider for old time's sake, and now I think I have a problem.
I play until my eyes are actually dry and I can't even close them! I make promises to myself, "Win a game and you can go to bed," "Oh, you won that one, you can probably win the next," "Go for three in a row!" It's ridiculous!
Anything besides blogging that keeps you up?

I've done the solitaire, jigsaw puzzles and such until they're coming out of my ears. Now, I'm "into" reading/reviewing/blogging. It's all addictive.
Well, fiction writing. That keeps me up. Working on my photos. That keeps me up. My dog hates it when I sit at the computer. Once I sit down, there's no prying me off of it.

I can so relate. I have to watch myself. I have said no to RMS, Twitter, FaceBook, games on line. I do have one little game program and there are a couple of card games I like but I try so hard to remember that my home, scrapbooking and quilting are the priorities. The computer is at the same time marvelous and consuming.

Years ago I had to remove Tetris from my computer :)
Right now I fear blogging & commenting is turning into an addiction.
I went through my solitaire phase, bejeweled, and Tetris had me in it's grips for a while. I have been game free for months now. Don't let me get started again. I know that "just one more" feeling.
I also love freecell! I couldn't figure it out until my ex showed me how to play it, then he got mad because I won more than him, lol. Anyhow, I used to play it all the time, especially when I just wanted to relax. Now blogging is my addiction.

I used to play Freecell all the time until I got Windows Vista and the look had changed. Now, it's Facebook that keeps me up at night. I still play Farm Hustle sometimes too. http://farm.avocadolite.com/game.phtml
