It's easy to participate in Pink Saturday in the springtime, with all of the Easter decorations, little girls in pretty outfits, and flowers beginning to bloom. In browsing various collections of vintage images for my Easter crafts, I've come across many that creep me out. Times have changed and jokes are different, so maybe at one time these were considered cute or festive, but the only reason I saved them was to share with you. They give me the heebie-jeebies!
This is the least creepy, although rabbits standing upright and dancing is very bizarro.
Eggs in a classroom? Wearing bonnets? What's up with that?!
An army of chickens and rabbits, all looking a little menacing and carrying pink banners. This would have given me nightmares as a kid!
And the ultimate strange card! Who ever heard of an Easter carol? And you definitely couldn't send this message these days! See the choral director wearing a pink ribbon?I hope you enjoyed these creepy pink Easter greetings! Even if you aren't scared of them, hopefully you got a laugh! Definitely creepy. But I also find a lot of Christmas-stuff rather creepy and not very cute, even modern version. Thanks for posting those amazingly weird things :-)

Yep very creepy. Sometimes I don't get the vintage humor. The chickens and rabbits..wth? Not very intimdating, but creepy enough to make me run and hide.

Hm, an Easter carol ... well, when I was a small child, there were no Easter bunnies in the mall, no Easter decorations in the homes. There were Easter dresses, hats, new shoes, and of course, an Easter basket full of candy. Thanks for sharing. Happy Pink Saturday.
Definately creepy - the last 2 - military easter greetings, and the black cat easter carols - too weird!
What a cute post and they don't scare me compared to the current "mess" I would take stand up bunnies in clothes any day of the week.
